Criteria for joining the Course
- Minimum of 2 years of Yoga Teaching before you can be accepted onto the course.
- Computer and internet good access, basic computer literacy and working with Zoom and an email address.
- Commitment to a daily Yoga practice during the course.
Before enrolment in the course there will be a video call with the teacher
200 hours Online Yoga Therapy TT Course
- 20 hours (non-contact hours):
Readings of the handouts and course materials and personal writing assignments and online test questions to review, integrate, and demonstrate your understanding of the material on a practical level.
Recommended additional non-contact: Personal daily Yoga practice, writing daily in your Yoga journal, and regular attendance in related Yoga classes.
- 180 hours (contact hours breakdown):
50 hours - pre-recorded videos and audio sessions.
10 hours - Individual online mentorship sessions via Zoom.
120 hours - group online sessions via Zoom
